We cover transit hubs, meaning the areas in and around Taxi Ranks, Bus Terminuses and Train Stations. Our hot spots are in some cases many kilometres across. Around 3,8 Million commuters pass through our HDCA networks daily.
The free internet is completely funded by serving advertising on free WiFi.
ADVERTISE ON THE HDCA
The consumer accesses the free WiFi via their mobile phone or other Internet applicance when they are inside the free WiFi zone. We do not ask them to register as a condition of Internet access. Nor do they require any access codes, coupons or vouchers to use the network.
In a new area or a special custom project these free WiFi Zones are clearly marked as having free Wi-fi available there.
After a few minutes usage the advertisors adverts are displayed. The consumer can respond to the advert or click through to continue browsing. Our management back-end provides daily reports of this traffic.
Some advertisers may ask consumers to register for a particular service or product offering. This is done via their own sites, we will deliver the consumers who opt in for their offering to their site.
We also manage the advertising queues that are presented to the channel. Adverts are presented every few minutes but do not interfere with other open browser sessions.
